As part of the Nexsen Pruet family since 2013, Emily currently practices as an Associate in the Business Litigation group. During law school, Emily worked as a Summer Associate for multiple years, gaining a wide variety of experience in trial preparation, research and writing. As an Associate, Emily currently works with businesses and individuals on issues ranging from healthcare to civil litigation matters.

Emily graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law, magna cum laude, where she served as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the South Carolina Law Review and was published in Volume 66.

Emily graduated from Wofford College, summa cum laude, with a Business Economics degree.
