Nexsen Pruet attorney David Robinson was called on by Capitol Tonight and host Tim Boyum to talk about how President Trump's trade policies will affect North Carolina manufacturing. 

Robinson, who also serves as Honorary Consul to Japan for North Carolina, joined two panelists for a discussion of President Trump's current trade policies and what the future impact may be on January 31, 2017. Fellow panelists included Lew Ebert of the NC Chamber and Andrew Bates, former spokesman for the US Trade Commissioner.

David Robinson currently serves as the Honorary Consul for Japan in North Carolina.  As an attorney, he helps global businesses integrate corporate compliance and operational programs into subsidiary operations, facilitate the transfer of personnel among operations, comply with export control and boycott regulations, and negotiate commercial and joint venture relationships.
